, much to her disgust, off we went trundled in the car. That IS 6 meters of 'City Girl' for a one block wonder. The blue check is to go with my 'Green for March' quilt I am doing, one of Bonnie Hunters patterns. The purple check I think will go nicely with those lovely Oakshott fabrics I got at the show. And the jelly roll, ah ... well, that was a weak moment. Now don't tell me you don't have those? Surely you have fallen prey to a little fabric temptation on more than one occasion?!!! Let me know what the most memorable one was.
Now, back to finishing my Mothers Day gift for my Mum.

I love your fabrics. We need to go shopping together and you can help me spend some money. Just what are you going to make out these FQ's I can't wait to see them worked up in a quilt.
I haven't decided yet Charlie, the KFs maybe another of Bonnies patterns, Four Patch Furrows or Pineapple Blossom. The rainbow batiks, mmm thats gonna take a bit of thought. As for taking you shopping, I'd love to, I'm sure you are more than capable of spending your own money though! lol
Ohhh, they're some nice treats there, love me some retail therapy!
*hugs*

How far do you think Heath's is from Derby? It looks like a good place to go for a nice day out, including scones and tea! Have you tried the Fabric Guild in Leicester?
No Jenny I haven't tried it, I've never really ventured into Leicester. Perhaps I should :o) I wouldn't have thought Heath's would be more than an hour away, but it just depends how you gt through or round Nottingham. He's only 40 mins away from me :o)
