Christmas QAL - pt 2

Lunch time already!

And whilst the hail stones batter the garden I'll just give you a quick progress report ...

Lemon Drizzle cake ...  done!

Mmm, the house smells good ...

all pieces cut ready for some stitching  ...

a little cleaning and prepping of the new addition to the team ...

just a bit more to do on her before she's ready for action ...

but on Tuesday I did spend all day cleaning and sorting ...

and just a little re-organising to fit it in!

Right, the worst of it is over, so I'm heading out into the garden to sew and await the return of the Teenage Diva!

I'll be back later with another progress report  :)

Toodles!

Not completely jealous of absolutely every picture there at all; honestly!

Cake please! Unlike Hadley I am green with jealousy for your sewing space and all your toys. Only thing I can do is make cake - but I'm busy so would appreciate a slice of yours.

I'm having a minor debate between making lemon ice cream and sewing my NYB block together for my tute on Monday... I think I can squeeze both in today though :oD

Yum yum! Lemon drizzle cake looks divine!

Is your sewing room always as neat as that...?

That cake looks yummy. Not only a talented quilter, but a talented cake-maker too. I want to be you when I grow up!

I'm with Sarah - I think we'll invite ourselves!! I'll bring cake though and I'm sure Sarah will bring some 'stuff' (it's delicious!) - good luck with the sewing!
