tired

Is it the change of the seasons,  life ...  or just my age, but I'm tired.

My apologies for not blogging, things just get complicated don't they ....

The postman brought me these ...

aren't they lovely, thank you to the ladies at the Fat Quarter Shop.  You're the best!

And my friend is home after convalescence with her daughter in South Wales,  and as a thank you she brought me these ...

all the fabrics needed for this little lovely ....

so what would you do, make this quilt, or make something else?

and I pulled out fabrics ...

for a workshop based on these quilts

And on Sunday afternoon I got this far with 6 more blocks for the Happy Quilting Stars quilt along

I think that will do, but next time I actually have a finish for you!  I hope you can contain yourself!

Happy Quilting!

Make the quilt so I can live vicariously through you, because I am never going to do it myself! Thanks. :-)

I'm not surprised you're tired Trudi! I think the Kaffe design would be fab! Would be interested to know how you find it, matching up all those seams & points etc. Take it easy today, you deserve to! Jxo

I'm not surprised that you're tired with all that you do! Hope you recover quickly and meanwhile at least you've got some lovely fabrics to stroke.

Awww, hope you are energy boosted and raring to go soon. I'm very envious of the fabrics for the Kaffe Fassett quilt, scruuuuuuumtious colours!

welcome back, sorry to hear you've been feeling down. I'm sure those amazing fabrics helped to brighten your days. I like the quilt as it is but I bet you adapt it to your own style. Hugs x
